Yesterday I went out to our garden to see if I needed to pick any zucchini. Well I sure found a lot and one was a giant that I had been missing every other time I went to look because it was on the very bottom hidden under a bunch of leaves.
Lauren thought they were fun and she was using them as a phone! The biggest zucchini was just about the size of her and it made me laugh.

That’s awesome! Viv gave us some zucchini and we fried it up like fried eggplant...not sure if you’ve ever done that but it was AMAZING! I think we’ll be planning some for next year:) Enjoy!
Yup we’ve had it fried, raw, sliced and diced. I actually just had a piece of chocolate zucchini bread that I made last night. We love it! I have already froze about 20 cups for the winter. I think that should last us. 
Word of warning though, the plants get really really big so plan for a lot of room when you plant them.
Yeahhhhhhh for the Zucks! WE like to grill them.....just cut ‘em lengthwise and throw em on the grill with some seasonings--delish!

The zucchini was delicious. I can’t believe that I never had eaten it before. I am very happy.
Next on my list? I need to watch I Am Legend. I’ll let you know what I think
