Strategic Planning Week

The past few days have been spent in our annual strategic planning meetings.  Every year, the entire staff gets together and reevaluates our goals and prioritizes our budget.  Sounds like fun, huh?

We also get to spend two days working on projects together.  This year we worked on repainting the kitchen.  There had been a grease fire this summer which left some smoke marks.  So it really needed to be repainted.

I also put up some pictures from the snowmaking process.  The maintenance guys worked around the clock to get the ski hill ready for Wintertainment.  (BTW - Wintertainment has been opened up to 8th graders.  So, if you know any that might want to attend, email me!)
