Hunting Season

Ok, so this is kind of a guys update. Tomorrow is the beginning of the Wisconsin Archery Hunting season. I just picked up my tag and am getting all ready to go out and hunt tomorrow! Larry Guthrie and I have three spots scouted out and I think one of them in particular is going to be a good one. Since my parents were on the staff at Fort Wilderness we have always counted on venison in the freezer.

April is taking the CFS Hunter Safety course over this weekend as well so she can hunt with me next week. I am so excited to be able to hunt with my wife! She is using the same equipment that my mother used when she used to hunt. I will keep you posted on how the hunting goes!
