Easter 2009
Easter 2009 was full of traditions, friends, worship, food, and unbeleivably fabulous weather! Except for the absence of Carter (who celebrated with my family in Connecticut) it was the quintessential Easter.

Connecticut! He took his first solo flight just before Easter from Wisconsin to Detroit to CT. He was nervous, but had a great time flying and visiting. Nana took him on a trip to NYC- his favorite place in the whole world.
Our Church is breaking ground…
Our church is in need of more space, so after years of planning, we broke ground this spring. Carter got to represent the “younger generation” and made his mom tear up at the low-key ceremony.
