Our new High Ropes Course at Camp
Carter and I were able to try out our new course at camp- these pics were taken 50 ft up! We had a blast and Carter really pushed past his comfort zone. I was so proud of him, as he doesn’t like heights. He then signed up with his cabin to do it as a camper this week. He was even more nervous than the first time, but with the encouragement of the staff up there with him, not only did he finish the entire course, but jumped off a 3 foot by 6 inch platform called the “leap of faith!” It was amazing!!!

Ben and Megan’s wedding
Our family had a blast at the wedding of some dear camp staff- Ben Pickens of Tennessee, and Megan Shield of Wausau, Wisconsin. The kids had a great time, and it was a wonderful testimony of God’s provision and blessing on those who honor Him in all things.

Church Missions team going to Spain
We helped fund the trip by hiring the High School Youth Group to roof our badly rotting garage for us. They did a great job, and really blessed us… Especially when several of the guys showed up the next day to finish the job of their own volition. WOW!
