Ohio Easter

For Easter this year I’m over in Greenville, OH with Lisa and her folks.  I figure she was at my families Christmas that I should return the favor .  I do realize that I wouldn’t be with my family AND that I would be missing my dad’s 65th birthday which falls on the same day as Easter.  But, with my father’s blessing, he said it was for a good cause.

Lisa has been in Ohio a week ahead of me with her supporters and catching up with them.  She has also sent out a newsletter ahead of time revealing that we are “dating”... emphasis on the “dating” .  Sufficed to say everyone she talks to wants to see her left hand.  No ... there is nothing there… but I assure you we both see great potential in seeing something there someday.

Our plans this week are simply to spend time relaxing and for me to get to know her family and, as she calls them, her extended family - mainly the people from her home church and the people who work with her dad.  Then on Monday we drive back together to Wisconsin (about 14 hours).  I’m guessing we’ll have lots of time to talk and get to know each other .
