Harvest Home Farm - Banana Peppers

This is a long overdue blog.
Lois and I spent one afternoon canning banana peppers. It was a success that I am hoping that there will be some banana peppers waiting for me when I get home.

Noticed that I am not wearing gloves - learned later on that it would have been a great idea!
